This is Cooli, your faithful reporter, coming to you, shortly after an epic encounter with the insidious Ten-Gu hordes. For some time now Cooper has been plagued with the Ten-Gu, making the sector unsafe for the travelers there. Well, a brave, if not a little foolish, band of adventurous travelers actually entered the Tada-O Gate, with Booney's help. Led by Emose, the band numbered about 70 pilots from all walks of life. Explorers fought next to warriors, Progen and Jenquai. It truly was a sight to see and I for one am glad to have been a part of the "raid". We encountered Ten-Gu, ten story Ten-Gu including a few that apparently can communicate, exobiologists are going to have a field day trying to explain that one. The human forces were dealing a fair amount of damage and seemed to be holding their own; that is until the MASTER appeared. Bigger than any Ten-GU spotted to-date, the monster cut through our ranks like a hot laser through marshmallows. The Jenquai and Progen jump starters could barely keep up. The warriors were having "unexplained" weapon problems. I for one experienced this sitting less than 1k away from the monster. Not being able to defend myself was more than a little unsettling. I and the others count ourselves lucky to have escaped.
But there was some good to come out of the Ten-Gu raid. A Terran was able to successfully analyze and build a weapon of great destruction: the Bile Cannon. Admiral Wanderingstar was credited with the "new" weapon's construction. This reporter was honored with the privilege of testing the weapon for the first time. And I am satisfied with the results. It appears to do more damage than the Reavers we have come to expect from the Ten-Gu, and also this weapon fires faster. So kudos to Wanderingstar for this discovery.
In closing I personally would like to Thank all the Jenqui Explorers and Progen Sentinels who keep me and the others from becoming Ten-Gu chow. Your timely Jump Starts were a heaven sent. And to all the Jenqui Defenders who with their timely summoning we would have taking a lot more damage than we did, also to the Terrain Traders out there we appreciate the patches, a Progen Hull is not thin and with out your intervention, we would have been lost. To the warriors of cooper I salute you, everyone fought with valor and honor. Finally to Emose thanks for the epic fight. I hope to fight along side you again.
This has been your honored Net-7 correspondent, sighing off good nite......
