Dateline Sol System: Many pilots are reporting munition costs rising, leaving their vessels defenseless. "Well I can't even feed these guns of mine anymore.", says one Centuriata Warrior who wishes to remain anonymous, and many others are saying similar things. This reporter has witnessed no less than 50 reports of pilots unable to maintain ammunition levels consistent with battle readiness. And the problem seems to be worsening.

Missiles and the various rounds fired by "slug throwers" are becoming harder to get for many pilots, a trend that is attributed to certain components of these munitions becoming more and more rare. In fact, some of the necessary components are not even offered for sale anywhere, and can only be obtained through salvage, which leads one to wonder...

"If these components have never been for sale, where did they come from in the first place?"

To answer this question, this reporter approached various persons involved in the weapons grade component manufacturing industries. Sadly, some of those involved in this business refused to comment, among them Lady Isabel deWinter, CEO of InfinitiCorp. However, one of Ms. deWinter's aides, Louden MacEwan allegedly said, "The components are rolling off our factories assembly lines, they get crated and shipped to a warehouse complex somewhere in 61 Cygni. But after that I am not sure what happens to them.".

Clearly something off color is going on, and these components are there, now the question remains where in 61 Cygni is this mystery warehouse? According to sources within the Psi resistance, there has been abnormal activity among the InfinitiCorp ships passing by Kinshasa-Mbali. "They just suddenly disappear, I know they got some kinda hidden gate there.", stated by P3889 according to sources.

For now, the only sources for these components are salvage, and finding someone who actually has the blueprints for them. Distressingly, those who have the ability to manufacture these components seem to be unwilling to offer their services at less cost than the maximum the market will bear. And so the pilots who need these ammunitions to stay alive continue to pay the lions share of costs.
