As I battled the V'rix near Krakow in Akeron's Gate sector to do my part in the war between us and the V'rix, I noticed a huge thing that seemed to be being construted by small V'rix Drones. As I got closer, the V'rix became more and more agressive and I soon found myself surronded by at least 50 V'rix ships. I decided to find out why the V'rix were building this thing and to see why they were protecting it so much. I tryed to talk to it and all it said was, "You should not dwell here human" (translated). As the V'rix numbers started growing by the second, I soon had to get back to the war effort, but I wanted to investigate this "Eye Of God", as it was called, some more.

Ask i asked around, many people had no idea what I was talking about until I was told about this guy named Dr. Zoidberg. He told me that he was recently captured by the V'rix and that he might have an idea to what it was. As it turns out, he was right. Dr. Zoidberg said, "The 'Eye of God' is a thing that the V'rix are making to fly down the River of Woe (Akeron's Gate) to destory the Psis." I asked him why the V'rix were so intent on Killing the Psis and he told me "The Psis are the key to the human race being ascended by the ancients and if the Psis are gone, then humans would not be ascended and the V'rix would instead." After my interview with Zoidberg, I decided to investigate people's feelings about being ascended.

I started asking people if they cared about all humans being ascended. Some people did not want to be ascended, some did not care either way. One InfinityCorp trader said, "I wish that the V'rix would be ascended then maybe they will stop flying those ugly ships around our galaxy".

As I asked around more, it appeared that more people liked the V'rix instead of hate them. Some people said they even do mission for these so called "Harmless beings that would not hurt a fly", so said one Net-7 Reporter. "I say we kill those Red Dragon fellows," said one tourist. On that last note, I decided to interview the Leader of the Red Dragons, Tzu.

When I asked the Pirate leader Tzu about people killing his fellow Red Dragons, he seemed to be angered by the killing of his loyal Red Dragons and encouraged the V'rix to be hunted instead.

As I continue to investigate, I wonder if the Psis will surive or if the Eye of God will destory them, if that really is its purpose. And what will the Red Dragons do about their reputaion as pirates? Will humans all over the galaxy rise up against the V'rix or will the V'rix win? Will the peace-loving friends of all bring peace between the V'rix and humans, or will those same peace-lovers be drawn to battle?
And who, if any, will win this war and be ascended?
