Housing Prices Skyrocket in Yokan

Yokan, known by most travelers, is a boring, lifeless and dessolate sector in space. Some experienced travelers would rather take a wormhole from Swooping Eagle to Paren Station rather fly through this sparsely inhabited wasteland. Even the Zenshai have named one of its ranks the "sleeper" here for most likely that reason.

Even though the tedium of this retched place could cause momentary lapses of consciousness for even the most avid space farer, some spacefolk have taken a liking to Yokan. Housing prices have begun to rise among the older space generations because of Yokan's relative quietness!

While relatively reclusive, this reporter was fortunate enough to catch a few quick words with a new resident of what is slowly becoming Capella's senior housing facility.

Q: Mr. Rodeezhu, what attracted you to this area of the galaxy?
A: Well, it's really quiet. There aren't any Progens staying up all night blaring their rock and or roll music. It's quite lovely, actually.

So if you're looking for a nice, comfortable place to live, move quickly to Yokan. Housing prices have shot up almost 150% due to the recent clamour for this cute "kitchen nook" of space.
