Red Dragons demand mandatory drug testing

"The Ministry of Information, after reviewing comm logs, has found proof that traffic controllers are imbibing narcotic substances," claimed Minister Zhou Hong Kuang. "Either illegal substances are involved or the Galactic Aviation Agency (GAA) employs blatant racists!"

Kuang displayed the following graphic at the press conference, which clearly shows a traffic controller claiming that the V'rix menace was pushed back from a Progen position, in this case Primus planet. As it is well-known that the Progen tragically lost Primus to the alien invaders, the callousness of the traffic controller, whose name is being protected by the GAA, is unimaginable.

"Clearly this individual is so out of touch with reality that he must be consuming massive quantities of some narcotic or hallucinogenic," said Kuang. "The Order of the Red Dragon proudly volunteers to take the GAA to task and will immediately begin lobbying for replacements to be made in key administrative position."

"Of course, the Ministry of Information has already selected certain respected individuals as possible candidates."
