In an announcement today from the Red Dragon Ministry of Information, Minister Zhou Hong Kuang denied any and all connections between DigiApogee and the Red Dragon Humanitarian Research Department, otherwise known as RD²H.

"Scandalous lies," exclaimed Kuang, "lies presented by those who wish to tarnish the good name of the Order of the Red Dragon." The minister further noted that their exclusive contract with Blacksun does not allow the development of equipment of war.

These accusations seem to have arisen as a result of investigations into stolen DigiApogee prototypes. An unnamed source claimed to have holo-vids that refuted the claims of the minister, but when produced said vids were found to be blank.

The Ministry offered any help they could provide, but was quick to remind reporters that the Red Dragons have no official investigative or policing organisations, as these are only needed in "uncivilized" societies.

The Ministry also asked for the cessation of any libelous accounts of Dragon activities, and alluded to legal recourse against those unwilling to comply.
