Galaxy Transfer Service
Yes! It's now possible to have your character moved from one galaxy to another. For example, if you started on Orion, only to find that your friends are on Galileo, you can now have a character moved to that galaxy for a fee. The cost is $29.99 to move one character, and $49.99 to move up to 5 characters on the same account..

Please be aware of the following information before calling:

• All galaxy moves are "final", in that if you decide you don't like the galaxy or are on the wrong one, you will have to pay again to move back. So, please be very sure you're requesting the correct galaxy when you make the call.
  
• Since your old guild won't be on the new galaxy, please make sure you remove yourself from your guild before doing the galaxy move.
  
• Please log the character off when you are asked to do so by the representative, as characters can't be transferred if they are online.
  
• We can't guarantee that your character's name will be available on the new galaxy. If it isn't, we can either append an "x" onto the end of your character's name, or you may choose a new one at no additional charge (as long as the name is not already in use on the target galaxy and as long as it fits our name policy).
